Merchant of Record: Stripe (Stripe Payments Japan K.K. and other Stripe entities)
Paid items are sold and paid for through Stripe, our reseller, as Merchant of Record. Your card statement will show “LINK.COM* TEGAMI”. Receipts and payment records are handled by Stripe; refunds and cancellations are handled at our own contact address.
Prices: Shown on each item’s purchase screen, in Japanese yen including consumption tax.
Buying from outside Japan, the currency and tax rate of your country may apply.
Additional charges: None.
The cost of your internet connection is your own.
Payment methods: Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and convenience-store payment (the methods Stripe supports).
When payment is taken: Single items (stamp sheets, limited stamps, paper sets): when the purchase completes.
Membership: at sign-up, and then automatically on each renewal date.
When items are delivered: Immediately after payment — usually within seconds — into your stamp collection.
If nothing has arrived after 10 minutes, contact us with your order number.
What is sold: Digital designs used inside the TEGAMI app (stamp and paper artwork), and a monthly or yearly membership. All are usable only inside the app and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.
Returns and cancellation: Within 14 days of purchase, anything you have not yet used is refunded for any reason. The same terms wherever you live (up to twice per customer per year; duplicate purchases and items that never reach your collection do not count towards that limit). The moment a refund is settled, the stamps, paper or membership from that purchase return automatically.
A stamp already used on a letter, and a limited stamp whose serial has been delivered, cannot be refunded, because a sent letter cannot be taken back. Duplicate purchases, and anything not in your collection 10 minutes after payment, are refunded at any time. See Refund Policy.
Cancelling a membership: You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel from “Manage membership” in your stamp collection, or from the link in the receipt email from Stripe.
Limited quantities: Limited stamps are issued in a fixed edition and end when they sell out. The number remaining is shown on the purchase screen.
Requirements: Current versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox. For recording handwriting, a device you can use with a finger or a stylus is recommended.
